Solid product. I charged the product for quite a long time. You should built in auto shut off when fully charged. Charged for 4-5 hours, then let the product cool before using. Did a good job except noticed definite power drain after 5 minutes of continual usage. Power dropped significantly afterwards. Will retry

We received our set yesterday and I did my first haircut ever. My wife helped. We messed up in a couple of places, but we will be better next time. Since it is a professional set, they expect that people will know what they are doing. There were not a lot of detailed instructions for cutting hair itself. The instructions were good for cleaning the clippers. I think we will like our set.
