I would like to follow through and get replacement blades that are guaranteed for life in somewhere in the warranty, otherwise I will have to choose a different solution because I cannot sharpen these blades and they are dull.

I love the ease of using this product, I really can’t tell the difference in the speed settings. I have noticed that the shaver gets hung up pretty easy and can only really shave our dogs in one direction, I also think that having a plastic blade on top tends to trap more hair therefore making the shaver hang up more during a session.

The low sound is helpful for my timid animals. It’s perfect in that respect. It did not come with a charging cord so that’s frustrating since the cord needed is not listed on any of the forms that came with it. That’s my only complaint. Otherwise it’s a wonderful product!

There is very hard to disassemble the cutter. According to operating manual I haven’t able to move the blade with the thumb. I can’t to release the cutter for cleaning. Please to advice!
