I bought this product years ago and it has been great. Recently my main piece broke and won’t spin anymore so I ordered a whole new set. Just received and sad to say the charger doesn’t work, the charging port on the main piece doesn’t work and the charging port on the stand doesn’t work. I know this because I tested it with a working charging port on my previous stand, my previous main piece and my previous charger and they all work fine but the new one doesn’t. I won’t ever recommend this to anyone because I don’t want anyone to deal with the same crap I am right now
