I haven’t had an opportunity to actually use the product (received 2 days ago). What I can say is all appears to be well made, strong and sturdy. I see no blemish on any piece.. I do not foresee an issue even upon my using. Perfect for small dogs like my yorkie poo! Having not used is my reasoning for ranking at an 8.
