Loved that it is very quiet, and my cat is too. The dog loved it. There is a learning curve, It’s just fur and it will grow back.
Being new to grooming I wish the instructions were more detailed. Fine tune the blade? Cut with the fur or against the way it’s growing? And removing the blade??
It would be great if you had a video going over everything on your web site (I had to watch YouTube videos with your unit but branded with another company name to try and figure things out)
Bottom line, happy with it so far but I would have like operation guidance
