My elderly cat has matted hair around her haunches. She doesn’t really like to be trimmed but she tolerates it very well because it’s really low noise. We’re successfully getting rid of mats day by day, small sections at a time. I’m excited to receive the paw trimmer for my little chihuahua. She gets long toes hairs that look like The Grinch.

It arrived quickly and worked well to groom my cats. It is very quiet and they didn’t seem to mind it at all. It cut quickly and cleanly and was able to loosen some matted fur and then sheared it off. It did NOT arrive with a cleaning brush.

Everyone talks about using a 10 blade to groom cats. I’m confused about this clipper. It looks like you can’t change the blade. But if I used the 9mm guided, is that essentially a 10 blade?
