It is so easy to handle and use. My Maine coon sadly got really matted and this was the best clippers I have ever used. It got close to the skin but it didn’t hurt their skin. The only con I can think is that the blades get really hot so you have to take breaks to make sure it doesn’t burn their skin. But it’s not the worst thing, my cat likes breaks!

Although I just received delivery on this unit today and have not had the opportunity to utilize it on my pets, I am looking forward to doing that. I was very impressed with the quality of manufacture of the trimmer itself as well as all the accessories. The adapters fit into place with a solid click into position. No slop, no wiggle solid in position. I have test run it through the 5 speeds and each run as well as the last. An added plus, in reading the manual, is the capability of operating directly from the power cord which eliminates the oft-times problem of running out of battery charge before completing the grooming. My opinion thus far is you have made a professional unit for a professional result. I feel quality when I hold and operate it. Kudos!
