I ordered this product a few years ago. I works well and has good quality especially for the price. The only problem was I did not realize it would not operate while plugged into an outlet, and it did not have a charged complete indication so I left it plugged in for long periods. Well, I found out doing that ruins the battery. I looks like most of those issues have been corrected in this latest version except being able to leave it plugged in. Also, I did not see where/how to replace the battery, so I had to buy a whole new set when the previous shaver would not hold a charge anymore. Although the product is fairly inexpensive to replace, it does seem more wasteful than just replacing the battery. I guess it comes down to economics of manufacturing…

My old trimmer broke (after many years of use). While searching for a replacement I saw yours. Design looked good, and the price was right. I’ve only used it once so far, by was 100% happy with it. Especially the beard trimmer. I also liked the stand and the fact that I can charge the trimmer while it is in the stand.
Another feature I like is that I can use it plugged in, if I forget to charge it. I con’t not do that with my old trimmer.
