I have used this trimmer for about 3 weeks now and it works great. I like the ear / nose hair trimmer and I like the red light showing it is charging and that it changes to blue when charged. The only con I have is the way the charging cord plugs into the base. When plugged in It sticks out about 1-1/2″ and you can’t get the base tight to the wall. Maybe a different design plug or a recessed receptacle would help this.

I was honestly surprised by how much was given to me in that box, I honestly just needed something to replace my old shaver but these are extremely high quality. Blew way past my expectations because of how sturdy, well built, and well designed the clippers are. I recently cut my hair for the first time in quarantine a month ago and wanted better clippers and these are more than capable of doing the job. Truthfully, I do not speak so highly and so in depth about a product but when I don’t expect much and am met with the level of quality craftsmanship that your product, I have to say something out loud. Not to mention the grooming kit full of other hygiene and grooming items that were neatly organized in a sophisticated, sleek, and convenient case. That could have been it’s own product by itself to be honest. After literally using it one night, I ended up doing a clean shave for the first time in 3 years rather than my usual trim, because I wanted to try out each different clipper head hahaha. I knew I had to personally reach out and thank every single person in the company who was involved in any way, shape, or form in the entire process from design to production for creating such an amazing product. The quality and value of it all truly made the price tag feel almost like I stole from you. I’ll make sure to strictly mention this product alone for anyone that ever asks me for recommendations on a grooming kit.
