I have only had one problem so far with the product. Right out of the box the power button seemed to be hit or miss. The device when first plugged in turned on by itself. I powered it off but it took holding the power button for at least five seconds to power down. After about five minutes on the charger, the device powered back on and I had to shut it off again. This happened two or three more times. After a full charge, the device powers on and powers off when pressing the power button but, the input seems random. You can press the button for one second and will turn on, press it for one second and it won’t turn off. Hold the power button for five seconds to turn it on, and press it for one second to turn it off. Maybe this is user error but I will keep an eye on it. I will be cutting my hair tonight and will be able to comment more on how the device performs aside from the power button issues.
