First time using brush the bristles are coming out. and directions to take blade out are not clear. Need to oil and not really sure how to get blade out. not sure it this product was worth the price. Others on Amazon seem just as good at a cheaper price.

Upon receiving the clipers. One of the connector pins in the clippers fir battery connection was broken. One of the 3 copper pin connectors that the battery transfers power is broken . So easy to use. Works perfectly. Never ran out of battery. I have a 10lb terrier and shaved her with a pair of dull clippers and she looked awful. This was only my 2nd time using clippers and I didnt nick her once because the clippers were so good and easy to use. Even the sizzors are awesome. Havnt used the nail trimmer because I’m to chicken. But since everything else was awesome I’m sure they are too!!!

I Love this pet hair clipper because it is easy to use and my dogs love it as well. I have four dogs a german shepherd, husky, and two furry maltese .I had bought a grooming dog kit from Walmart but that one made to much Noise and my dogs were always scared of it and it was hard and heavy to use.
