I purchased this for my 3 Persian cats. This is the 3rd trimmer I have purchased as their fur is so thick the other 2 would not cut through and they were too noisy as well. The first time I tried this, all three of them were so curious they came to me to see what is was and didn’t mind it at all. The worst of the three actually laid down and let me trim his belly for a good 5 minutes, mind you, I am single and alone I have no one to hold my kitties, i need something that is quick and quiet, This does the job. The price is excellent I didn’t have much money to spend but I needed a trimmer fast as one of them was matting badly. When they start matting you cannot wait until you have money to spend to buy a trimmer most of these trimmers were so expensive I had to go with what I could afford. The price of this don’t let it scare you, you will think you are spending a bundle I am so pleased, i will be back to review how long it does last.
