Works pretty good however trying to hold down a cat while using these clippers can be quite challenging. Be sure to get your pet used to the “hum” noise should help. I also used this on our dog and that was much easier. Either way it is a two person job. Good luck and have bandaids ready

These clippers are great. I was able to clip my long haired cat by myself. He wasn’t happy, but he didn’t struggle too much. I love how quiet these clippers are. I did have to stop and recharge the clippers about three quarters of the way through. What I love the most is that even without using an attachable comb, the clippers did not cut his skin. I liked the fact that your trimmer was low noise and looked easier to use than a corded clipper. I received them yesterday afternoon and they were still charged.
